About Our Stencil Fabrication

Fine trak system is the leading stencil fabrication service provider in INDIA. Our dedication, skill, and commitment to serve you will make us a valuable part of your SMT production line. There are mainly three kinds of SMT stencil manufacturing processes, which are Chemical Etching, Laser Cutting, and Electroforming.

Stencil Type

A stencil is a bare stainless steel sheet. It can be in a frame or without a frame. However, the framework is for automated stencil machines and the non-framework is for hand solder.

Moreover, the framework is considered heavier and bigger as compared to the non-framework. Therefore, the framework is expensive to ship and can be charged with dimensional weight shipping.

Existing Fiducials

The fiducials are the positioning point for automated stencil machines. We offer three options i.e. none, half-lasered, and lasered through. Half-lasered is a sunk bump. Half lasered is for automated stencil machines

Lasered through is a through-hole. Lasered through is for hand solder or semi-automated stencil machines bitcoin and paypal. Please note that if you choose half-lasered or lasered through, but there are no fiducials inside, we’ll ignore this option.

Electro Polishing

Electro polishing is also known as electrochemical debating. It removes small burrs, improves the surface quality, and provides smooth inside walls for better paste release. The Electro polishing is mainly for IC leads with a width less than 0.5mm and BGA chips.
